PVC foot valve
The PVC bottom valve is a kind of energy-saving valve, which is generally installed at the bottom end of the underwater suction pipe of the water pump to restrict the liquid in the water pump pipe from returning to the water source, playing the function of only entering but not leaving. There are many water inlets and reinforcing ribs on the valve cover, which are not easy to block. The bottom valve is light in weight and easy to install.
The connection methods are: bonding type, and the product structure is: floating ball type.It can be used with various centrifugal pumps and self-priming pumps.
The product has a novel structure and superior sealing performance. It can resist acid, alkali and corrosion.Long use time. It is widely used in chemical industry, chemical fiber, chlor-alkali, electric power, pharmaceutical, pesticide, dye, smelting, food, sewage treatment, mariculture, and other industries.
PVC is a white powder with an amorphous structure. The degree of branching is small, the relative density is about 1.4, the glass transition temperature is 77~90℃, and it starts to decompose at about 170℃. It has poor stability to light and heat, above 100℃ or after a long time. Exposure to sunlight will decompose to produce hydrogen chloride, which will further autocatalyze the decomposition, causing discoloration, and the physical and mechanical properties will also decline rapidly. In practical applications, stabilizers must be added to improve heat and light stability.
